I have had IBS & functional bowel disease since many years. Currently I am having no bowel movements followed by smelly farts that are trapped. The stomach feels bloated only to be relieved by passing gas. Bowel hardly is regular and happens very infrequently. What are the measures

I am 21 Year old and due to my poor diet I lack vitamin d3 and vitamin A in my body. Right now I am suffering from Fatty liver & 4mm Gallbladder Polyp plus a lot of hairfall and other body ailments. I am taking multivitamins as one doctor asked me to take. CAN I ADD PROTEIN BARS & YAKULT IN MY DIET?

I m having 1.9 bilirubin. Direct 1 and and indirect 0.9.can i go to my work. can bilirubin increase after I go tk my work. If I strict on my diet. Can bilirubin increase. I have started taking glucon d 4 times a day. Doctor told me it will low the bilirubin level . Is that true. I m in house over a month. Initially my bilirubin level was 9 more than a month ago.

It's been 3 days since my stomach and Intestine are paining. I have to repeatedly go to the toilet for about 10-15 times per day. For the first time, I thought this is just normal pain as I have junk food almost everyday. But since this stinging pain in my stomach is carrying out for about 3 days. I am started to worry about it. I have been drinking Limca and Sprite and ENO and Salt-Sugar Sharbat but it just reduces the pain for a very little time. Please help, this pain is unbearable on so many levels.
