Hi doctor , I am ibs partner and occasionally face loose stool ( not diarrhea). I am hypochondriac anxieties patient also and keeping going to toilet to check if blood is coming or not. I have seen 3-4 episode of blood 1 month back and then I went to twice stool occult test which both came negative Because of fear, again I started checking, and saw blood strikes in stool with mucus. I am attaching picture. I am really scared Is this much blood comes in colon cancer?? My age 32. Please suggest

Have GERD from last 4-5 years taking PPI when I feel there is hurtburn , I don't have any disease my liver kidney function normal , I Have intermittent stomache pain it's like in 3 month there is 1 episode of constant stabbing pain which last 5-6 hours and automatically resolved after 6-7 hours but it will happen in every 3 months interval sometimes less , so my question is what causes bad breath even good dental hygiene is there any way to solve this issue I visited lots of doctors but GI doctor said it's dental issue when I visit dental he said your dental hygiene is good and no treatment required , does is there any way to fix this issue my bad breath is very strong it's spread all room when I enter people just start to stare me & yawning scraping there chins sniffing while staring to me ,i done endoscopy I don't have hital hernia , is there any test medicine which cure this condition I am very tired to dealing with this please don't give generic advice

I am having stomach pain most of the times of the day which intensifies after having food. This is going on from last 3-4 days. It seems like gastrointestinal pain and I took pudin hara and Nexpro RD such medications,but not getting much relief.

I am taking medicines for fatty liver & Gallbladder polyp(4mm) : Veloz and cizaspa x.. And I am following a proper balanced diet (home made food) with 0 junk food intake also doing my exercise and yoga. I have a party to attend can I eat in a restaurant once in a month? Or my condition is too serious?

I was diagnosed with lpr after diagnosing with laryngoscope. The doctor has prescribed chymoral forte and pan mas , esofag . It's been 2 day but can I know my diet to follow for faster healing and how long will it take to cure completely. Just feeling a bit uncomfortable

What is outcome of Nissan fudoplication after 10-15 years do I need reoperation also after couple of years is there risk of leakage of food from Nissan fudoplication stitches in future like 15-20 years ?? this operation is not reversible (heal the stitches ) ? If we decided to remove stitches in future ??? it will serious life complications after long term like 15-20 years ?? Is linx surgery available in India specifically in Pune city ??

Hi, Every month right before 1 week when I'm about to start my period, I get constipated. I also have frequent acidity and sometimes stools are also hard to pass. I did see small stream of blood in my stool and it was a bit painful while pooping and I think I have haemorrhoids as well, I can feel it. Most of the months, I'm able to manage it with good diet and plenty of water but since 2 months I've had this happen twice. Do i need to get my hormone levels checked as I did read that progesterone or estrogen in excess can cause slowed bowels. Please suggest what to do and if I should be worried.

Hello, I was working in mumbai when I encounyered sevier fever one day and dark urine. After getting tested the reports said that plasmodium vivax is present and having jaundice with sgot - 900 , Spogt- 1200, I returned to my home town jamshedpur and got admitted after retest my liver enzyme went up to 2000 & 5000 respectively & malaria test was shown negetive. After 2 days again test was done and the liver enzyme redused to 2000 Hepatitis test was also negetive but during my  discharge they mentioned acute hepetitis and gave me some medicine like rifaximin tab 550 mg & ursodeoxycholic acid tabs 300mg twice a day. I am still having mild fever in night and a bit dark yellow urine in morning I drink a lot of water and glucose so during day time the colour of urine is compatibily lighter yellow. How long it would take me to heal completely ? Should I add something in medication ? What type of diet I should have. Currently I've completely avoided spices & outside food.

Pain in stomach above and below navala area and burning sensation since last 3 days. No vomitting no loose motions. Eating nexpro rd 40 in morning and rantac 300 in night but no relief. kindly help
