I m having blood and mucous in stool.. but today I notice there is some swelling in my anus...IS IT SERIOUS???

I have having last 2 years GERD problem.When covid-19 started  since that suffering GERD so how to cure permanently from GERD.

I have been noticing that i am getting water & sticky stool almost everyday and sometimes i feel pain in my stomach. I have also noticed mucus in my stool. Please help. I also have dull/tender pain in my right lower ribs.

My test shows anti hepatitis b surface antigen positive.. what does that mean?? Does it mean i have hepatitis?
