My father suffered from ascites.doc has suggested ct scan.what his ct scan suggest.attaching the report

I had anorectal monetary test and have been diagnosed with dysnergia constipation. Are my pelvic floor muscles weak or tighten?

I can feel a small lump on the outer side of rectum, it doesn't bleed and I don't have pain, I feel it only when I touch it, sometimes feeling of itching is there. No pain while passing stool. What is this, is there something to worry

From last 3 days i am having stomach ache, nausea, vomiting and diarrhoea. I am only consuming boiled lentil and coconut water in these 3 days . doctor suggested me with three medicines 1. Pan-40 2. Meftal spas 3. ofloxacin Taking this course thrice a day but pain is not going. I had gone for ultrasound and got result as hepatomegaly with liver grade II.
