Stomach burning and chest pain for 2 years now i am very fed up my endoscopy reports are also normal

Hii practo I ate food in a hurry and after that there was a slight pain in the stomach on the left side..Is it serious

I got gas problem by using some medication's since last week I'm using pan top gas tablet mrng and and 1 syrup 2 times daily after a meal I stopped syrup from 2 days from today mrng I'm feeling very uncomfortable in stamach and some muses in stool and daily I'm going up to 3 to 4 times a day what is my actual problem

I had a history of piles and fissure...there is a small lump inside the skin just side of anus... earlier i could feel the lump deep inside but now it has come closer to surface... doctor says it's piles .i told him to do colonoscopy but he refused...I'm worried if it's fistula..there is no discharge or blood in still .just Little pain and irritation inside anus ..please help..lump is under the skin in red circle...

Hello doctor, when ever I eat fish am having loose stools. Y is it doctor so that means should I have to avoid fish. Kindly advise. Only loose stools after eating fish always.

Is Amitriptyline (10 MG ) prescribed in GERD as well ? Doctor has prescribed Amitriptyline along with (Rabeprazole /Itopride ). Does Amitriptyline serve purpose in reducing reflux in GERD patient along with its antidepressant property ?

8th August 2022 diagnosed fatty liver grade 1 in ultrasound having pain.. but on 27 april 2022 normal liver in ultrasound and in 2021 3 ultrasound and one CT scan in October 2021 all was normal... Diagnosed IBS in 2021... My concern is is this pain under right ribs due to fatty liver?? I lost 10 kg in 2 months but some times i still feel it ...
