Sir plz explain this, whether I should consult doctor now it's 4 years before report. However I have no symptoms

Good morning sir/madam,I was diagnosed with Discoid lateral meniscus and I had surgery on 7th of nov,and I had my 1st doc visit on 26th nov,and doctor gave me some medicines,since then I've been facing with blood in stool and hard stool with no pain,I had very little pain for 2 days and now I feel no pain,only hard stool and blood loss, could you please tell me what do now. Thank you.

I have rectal bleeding for a month and it is painless. I don't have any discomfort. What could be the cause?

I have neurological issues and gastritis, constipation with no urge. But unable to get treated as medicines aggravate my stomach problems , constipation, dehydrated like weakness as if my body dries up so much do that I struggle for taking food and get too weak to get up from bed. This happens with all medicines, antacids too. My endoscopy, CT scan of abdomen and pelvis came normal. Montoux test is 30 mm. Doctor has suggested for barium follow through x-ray. I s that necessary after normal CT scan report?

I'm being suffering from swollen Anus for past 4 months ... because I was asked to eat lot of fiber so fiber makes me poop but first stool is always hard so I'm being forced to stain ... I'm living on stool softeners for past 30 days .. because if I stop laxative stool gets hard and my Anus gets damaged, what should I do im eating lot fiber and drinking 3 liters of water still this happening

Hello Doc, My problem is that I've been suffering with Acid Reflux and it was triggered when I was infected with the covid. That Gastric triggered my anxiety and depression as well. Somehow I've managed to treat the acid reflux with support of the Gastroenterologist. But still I'm using tablets for Acid reflux. And the problem is depression and anxiety was never controlled. Sometimes depression will affect and sometimes anxiety. What I observed is whenever I feel discomfort in stomach anxiety automatically triggers. One thing observed is gas triggers anxiety..Can someone please give me the solution.

I had 2 times pancreatitis(non alcoholic) in 2019-2020.. i had gallbladder stone removal surgery in May,2022. Yesterday I did my routine check up and lipase level came 77. Is there anything to worry?

Hello, I am 38yrs old. I had typhoid last year august and fatty liver also. I recovered in 15 days with medication, though food restrictions were there for long. Now I am facing some issues which seems like-my stomach is always tight. Feels so uneasy always bcz of that. Even if I drink water stomach will be tighter and bigger. It always feels like full of air. If I touch my stomach, sometimes it pains in the outer side. I have no issues with my appetite. It's normal. I do eat 3 course meal in a day with 2 cups of tea or coffee. I had my period on November 12th. After that nothing happened yet.
