I have been burping for the past 1 year and experience some popping sound in lower ribs also I have middle back pain which comes and goes is it something serious?? And are these two related can the back pain be due to gas

Sir, I had done lft, kft and lipid profile SGPT-92, SGOT-50, Alkaline Phos-96, SGOT/SGPT-0.54, Albumin-4.1, protein -7.5, Globulin -3.2, A/G ratio-1.21, GGT-34.4, Uric acid-8.1, Total cholesterol -137, Triglycerides -133, HDL chol-36.9, Non HDL-100.7, LDL-73.96, VLDL-26.74, Chol/HDL-3.77, HDL/LDL-0.49, LDL/HDL-2.04. Kindly suggest.

Since 3 months Im having lower left abdomen pain and digestion problem..I tested usg 3 times and once contrast ct abdomen scan in both cases result came as mesentric lymhadenopathy... currently I'm on antibiotics... Any other cause for this ??

Good morning sir/madam,I was diagnosed with Discoid lateral meniscus and I had surgery on 7th of nov,and I had my 1st doc visit on 26th nov,and doctor gave me some medicines,since then I've been facing with blood in stool and hard stool with no pain,I had very little pain for 2 days and now I feel no pain,only hard stool and blood loss, could you please tell me what do now. I have neurological issues and gastritis, constipation with no urge. But unable to get treated as medicines aggravate my stomach problems , constipation, dehydrated like weakness as if my body dries up so much do that I struggle for taking food and get too weak to get up from bed. This happens with all medicines, antacids too. My endoscopy, CT scan of abdomen and pelvis came normal. Montoux test is 30 mm. Doctor has suggested for barium follow through x-ray. I s that necessary after normal CT scan report?

I'm being suffering from swollen Anus for past 4 months ... because I was asked to eat lot of fiber so fiber makes me poop but first stool is always hard so I'm being forced to stain ... I'm living on stool softeners for past 30 days .. because if I stop laxative stool gets hard and my Anus gets damaged, what should I do im eating lot fiber and drinking 3 liters of water still this happening
