Hello doctor, I am suffering chronic constipation for a long time. If I constipated for a day the aftereffects are headache, whole body pain(especially in hands& foot), eye itching. I can't able to focus on anything on that day. Earlier i used to get mouth ulcers after this. But mouth ulcers are almost gone now. But constipation still persists. I have made a lot of changes in my lifestyle for this like excess water intake, exercise, fiber rich foods. But it works only some days. Please do the needful.

I was diagnosed with Peptic Ulser 2 months back. H Pylori Positive and taken HP kit for 14 days. Recently had Home made no spicy country chicken. Had Stomach Pain, Excess flatulence and poor Digestion. Pain and flatulence reduced but not poor Digestion. Please provide natural remedies and good medicines for digestion. Symptoms like when i eat food, it stays in my stomach for prolonged time which makes me more uncomfortable.

Even after eating fibre, drinking water, I am still constipated. Kayam Churna helps me alot though, to clear everything out. Can someone please help me?

I have diagnosed with grade 1 fatty liver. Please guide me medications . And my triglycerides levels are 168.

This happens once in two or three months. I have acidity issues but sometimes the air gets trapped in the left side below the heart and towards ribs. How can I get rid of this condition. This goes on for a week or so . But  very discomforting .

Having nausea and mild pain in abdomen after 1 month of laprosocpic cholecystectomy and CT scan is normal

Increased Sgot, Sgpt ggt level since 1.5 years. I am non alcoholic and non smoker, non diabetic, already taken hepatitis b vaccine in childhood. USG abdomen showing normal. No serious symptoms just mild pain in the right side abdomen (both lower and upper) (weight 81 kg ) . Test Reports attached. What should I do to make it normal immediately.

I have been suffering from constipation for a year. I consulted several doctors and went through diff treatments. I went through sigmoidoscopy and the result was positive, the doctor mentioned there is no problem . Prescribed medicine like Prueease, husk powders like Pegfibre and had put me on a diet, I followed the diet and have been  following it. But there is no improvement. After some months I had visited another doctor, he performed anorectal manometry and the results were positive this time as well. He prescribed some laxatives and medicines like Lubowel 24mg. I used it, I see no major change. I have changed my diet , I used medications but nothing seems to work. Surprisingly, ducloflex tablet , which is just around 10 rs a sheet, when I took 1 tablet before bed, gave me a better experience than any other powders, laxatives and medicines. I felt like everything came out and i felt relieved whenever I used it. How to treat it, I desperately want to feel normal again .
