Good Morning Doctor, Myself a Banker, always happens to take food at irregular times and Hotel Food weekly twice at nights and very minimal Exercise.... 2 Years Back, myself went to Gastroenterologist for Gastric issues, he suggested for abdominal scan and found nothing but mentioned starting fatty liver... Recent times, when I use to bend and work, I find stiffness and cramp type feelings at Right lower Abdomen and particularly at Liver place... Is Fatty liver stage advanced and what are the remedies...

Week ago I went for a sonography test and found mild hepatomegaly with grade 1 fatty infiltration. today I went for fibroscan which shows grade three fatty liver. Which test is more reliable? Did my fatty liver grade 1 develop to grade 3  just in a week?

A month back I had constipation and fue to which severe pain in my anus part after that pain was gone but itching is still there. Whenever I go to pass stool it start itching badly in anus part . Sometime even if i feel an urge to pass stool that time also it start itching. Also I still feel little pain and burning sensation with itching whenever I go to pass stool. It started only a month before when I had a very bad constipation

Recently my mother went to an Gastrointestinal doctor and he recommended some tests...Blood tests are all normal but there's something in USG it's 'Parenchymal echotexture is mildly coarse'... Kindly guide me what it is
