I see different thing in my stomach for the first time as I have lost 10 kg of weight in 4 months from 75 to 65 kg due to stomach inflammation. I see continuous palpitations in my stomach. Is it normal? Or is it a concern. Can you please advise.

Week ago I went for a sonography test and found mild hepatomegaly with grade 1 fatty infiltration. today I went for fibroscan which shows grade three fatty liver. Which test is more reliable? Did my fatty liver grade 1 develop to grade 3  just in a week?
