I'm suffering Diarrhea with excess of Mucus in stool & loose stools Recently Done Stool culture its Diagnosed Klebsiella spp Heavy Growth in Stool Culture.. & Vitamin D ( 25-OH Vitamin D ) 20.10 ng/ml, And Vitamin B12 (527 pg/ml, ) Stomach Cramps When loose Stool passing Time & mucus.. Gas & Bloating..& Lower Abdominal Pain in right side & From 6 days Facing little Burning Sensation in upper chest

Why there is weight loss in gastrities whats the reason is it permanent or i can re gain weight once it cure
