Hi doctor, I was suffering from ibs kind of symtoms last year from FEB 2022 to aug 2022. I was havinv multiple semi solid stool in a day and specially after food. I started taking tablet like colospa. Later, i had few episode of blood in stool from AUG 2022 to dec 2022. Blood used to be one or two drop stick to stool. I lost weight around 5kg in aug 2022 but later, in JAN 2023, i gained 4kg. I did twice stool test and all test were normal. I never did colonoscopy test due to my fear and do not have guts also to get it done....so i left on god and started focusing on other things Now, from last one week, i am again seeing increase in my motion..just after eating food. Feel better after passing motion. Motion seems normal with bistol  4 or bistol 5 type Now.i have completely stopped looking at my stool for any blood or all. I am not sure if i can start colospa tablet or not again. If yes, how long should i take?? What should i do?? Please suggest in medicine

Good evening sir/madam, My son swalled rubber band on 25th night but still it is not came out through motion or from mouth, he is not having stomach pain he is normal only, so kindly suggest what steps i hav to take. To conform which scanning is required or which doctor we have to consult. Please kindly suggest Wheather ct scan is suitable and also if we taken ct scan it is safe to kid he his 4 years old. Hi, I underwent colonoscopy recently for severe flatulence issue and I was told that I have Rectal Intussuception and was suggested Pelvic exercises but no other action was suggested. I have attached my colonoscopy report. Can I know what is my next step to rectify this problem. Also can I know which image among all photos represent Rectal Intussuception in the report?

Hi, I just had my full body checkup and as per my health report my BLOOD UREA SERUM is 14 mg/dl against the normal range of 19-49 and my BLOOD UREA NITROGEN (BUN) is 6.5 mg/dl against the normal range of 8 to 20. Could you please suggest this is a very big concern for me? Thanks in advance 😊

I have a Fibro scan score of 6.4 kPa. My hepatologist prescribed Adiver and Bilypsa as the medicine. How is it? And can I take sorbiline syrup in addition to it? My SGOT is 70 and SGPT is 137.

December consulted gastroenterologist took ( abdomen pain while passing flatus & not well formed stools) Advised T.rifagut 200mg 1-0-1 for 1 week C.vizilac 1-0-0 for 1 week T.hyocimax M.f 1-0 -1 for 6 days T.unienzyme 1-0-1 for 1 week After the course Of these drugs My abdomen pain reduced by 90% while passing flatus and still Persists of not well formed stolls Then doctor advised for Free go 0-0-1 *1 week To continue T.rifagut 1-0-1 * 1 week C.vizilac 1-0-0 *1 week T.librax 0-0-1 for 1 week After this course There was no abdomen pain while passing flatus But there was no well formed stools Since my doctor has advised for T.orni 500mg 1-0-1 for 1 week C.vizilac 1-0-0 for 1 week T.albedazole 0-0-1 (stat) T.librax 0-0-1 for 1 week Now it's 3 days I am taking this medication Now my stools appears to be well formed 90% But I have lower abdomen pain while passing flatus (sometimes) I have not yet taken albedazole stat How should I proceed
