Flu

Having pain in Tonsils and mild fever. Diffulty in swalloing any thing even spit. This is happening since today morning

Suffering from high fever since 7 days, it happen in the monrning and evening, fever is about 103 degree celcius, max it went to 104. But after taking medicine it goes for 7-8 hours. I don’t have rashes. No vomiting.No loose motion. But i have body pain , head ache sometime but not much. I fell that my stomach is not getting cleared , little constipation. Nothing Came In CBC test and Widal test.

I have acid reflux for 5 months and so im taking pantocid dsr for the past 2 months .i have cut down on fatty foods , oily and spicy food and im eating frequently to avoid acidity. MY QUESTION IS I have little pain in the lower end of the food pipe .what can it be ?.. Without exercise i have lost 7 kgs and im looking very thin now ..is this common ..please advise.thank u.

IM ON AMISULPRIDE PREGBALIN RISPERADOL EFFEXOR AND LEXAPRO IM A 36 YEAR OLD FEMALE WITH A DEPENDENCE ON ALCOHOL CIGARETTES. AND RED BULL ENERGY DRINKS. I HAVE CHRONIC PANCREATITIS AND IM A DIABETIC. WITH SCHIZOPHRENIA AND DEPRESSION.

I have a typhoid feaver my reports s-typh 'H' 1:80 S.TYPHI 'O' 1:80 and s-parathypi titre less than A(H) 1:20 and s-parathypi titre less than B(H) 1:20.....
