My white blood cell high and my platelets low .. What thats mean ? Before this i have take antibiotic but i turn to allergy at my eyes . What does it mean wheh wbc high platlt low .

Hi, I've been experiencing vision blurriness and headaches. From last 7-8 months I have put on 15-16 kgs. I have a large very dark ring/oval purple bruise on my knee with a light center/not discolored, but have had no trauma to the knee itself.
