My daughter is getting regular fever from last 4 days and I am giving medicines to him which Was prescribed by doctor. Taxim syp and meftal p syp I using from last 4 days but fever is getting up and down can u tell any medicine to him

Hello, plenty of liquids sip by sip. Stop meftal p,add ibugesic plus syrup 3 ml three times a day after food. Cont other one. Cold sponging.evrn in axila don't put blanket a thin chader only  on chest EXTRIMITY should be open. Ok.
