Flu

Hi. I am a 31 year old female. Mother of two kids aged 3 and 1. Since past four days I have been experiencing extreme fatigue and sleepiness. It has been affecting my daily schedules. I am also sweating a little more than usual and feel a loss of appetite. I am on nexito for the past one year and there has been no response change in my medicines or routine. I got my thyroid tested a month back with TSH of 3.2. pls suggest a possible cause and cure.

My lymphocytes is 14 but last year my lymphocytes is 40 . Now my lymphocytes is 14 only. Can i have AIDS. Both time i have cold but last year my lymphocytes is 40 also have cold that time also.

I have attached the widal test report. The test is done on the 6th day of the starting of fever. Fever was around 103 degreeF. Please tell me whether it is typhoid or not because i have two different opinion from two doctors. I am very much confused
