Hello, it's mild. Blend diet, glucose four teaspoons four times a day LIQUIDS n semiliquid as u had TYPHOID also. Plenty of liquids like nimupani coconut water mosambi juice butter milk etc
Overcooked rice with sugar, curd rice are best. It solves your both diseases.ok.
