I had mumps 15 days ago in the right side of my face, but the symptoms disappeared within 7 days, but there is still a little bit of mumps under my ear exactly and it has been 15 days and it did not disappear completely. What should I do? Is that dangerous?

Pain in both the ankles. Light swelling. By applying ice pack, hot water and volini gel, swell has reduced a little but pain hasn't. I was diagnosed with primary hypertension 4 years back, bp some time shot up to 160/99 After much permutation and combination my meds decided were irovel h and ciplar la 40 mg once daily. For the past 3 years after medication my varied in between 125/85 to 149/90 But from the past 2 months i started going to gym and sincenthen lost 4 kg of wait. Now my bp is 117/ 77 in left arm never above 120/ 80 In right arm my bp is 107/66 and never above 110/70 since last 3 months. My question is weather my medicine should be reduced or can be stoped all togather.???

Typhoid o& h 1:160 antiboitics taken for 14 days like gudcef, azithromycin,ornio,moxinow,after 10 days Widal o&h 1:40 but fever pattern is btnn 99 to 99.8 during thypoid also ,tests done like thyroid normal,bp normal,esr 30,crp 6,smear for mp negative,tc 12900,urine normal,chest x-ray normal,mantou normal,USG abdomen normal,fever from 50 days ,which tests are to be performed.now fever is present in morning after 8am to evening 9pm ,having headache,now taking doxycycline antibiotic,which tests are to be performed ,will blood culture,tyhidot igg igm will help ,earlier thypidot yet not done.what is the reason for this fever pls give rpy

I have bloating since 3 days. I had constipation 3 4 days ago which is fine now but bloating has not reduced. It has exactly started when we had pizza from then my mom and I have bloating. Even we eat only 2 chapatti then also we feel full for the day. I have exam of upsc on 3 june so I am very much disturbed by this bloating and dizziness at times. I had banana cucumber and many fruits but no relief in bloating. I feel like something is stuck in my intestine and it's always tight even after defecation. Same problem my mom says she's facing but she's not worried like me. Can you please help me to sort it out. I searched on internet and it shows gluten intolerance I am worries that i won't be able to eat anything but it's genetic disease. Kindly help sir I am very worried and unable to focus. I used to take Pan D since last 2 months as I had gerd and it was fine so I stopped taking it 15 days ago. Am getting stressesd out because of tightness in stomach and also dizziness too.
