I have bloating since 3 days. I had constipation 3 4 days ago which is fine now but bloating has not reduced. It has exactly started when we had pizza from then my mom and I have bloating. Even we eat only 2 chapatti then also we feel full for the day. I have exam of upsc on 3 june so I am very much disturbed by this bloating and dizziness at times. I had banana cucumber and many fruits but no relief in bloating. I feel like something is stuck in my intestine and it's always tight even after defecation. Same problem my mom says she's facing but she's not worried like me. Can you please help me to sort it out. I searched on internet and it shows gluten intolerance I am worries that i won't be able to eat anything but it's genetic disease. Kindly help sir I am very worried and unable to focus. I used to take Pan D since last 2 months as I had gerd and it was fine so I stopped taking it 15 days ago. Am getting stressesd out because of tightness in stomach and also dizziness too.
