My doctor cant differntiate between dengue fever and viral although i have given cbc 2 times he say he will check my platelet count and say,why is doesnt recommend me direct dengue test

My son gets random hives on his body. We give him an antihistamine daily and it keeps the problem in check. However today he was playing with his sister where she pretends to bite him, not hard just playing, she did this three times on his arm.
