My wife has constant high fever since returning from Thailand. She also complains of severe headache. Fever is constantly 104 degrees. Doctor has prescribed paracetamol and antibiotics. It has been 3 days on medication but no relief yet (overall 5 days). Everytime when the paracetamol wears off, fever goes back to 104. I suspect dengue. Should I wait for the 5 days antibiotics course or go for the blood tests right now?

I had sore throat, coughing, green mucus, tiredness, muscle fatigue etc. 2 weeks ago. After around a week or so, most of the symptoms went away but I got muscle aches. Then, these few days my leg muscles feel very stiff and uncomfortable. The muscles around my body also twitch(especially the legs). I also experience body aches. Can this be caused by the cold I had 2 weeks ago or is it another illness?

Bump above nose hole where I got my nose pierced. Was pierced 2 weeks ago. Have been cleaning my piercing hole twice daily with a combination of warm water and salt, and piercing aftercare lotion. I try my best not to move the ring and keep my fingers away from it. The bump(according to researching online-is a keloid). I’m wondering if there is ways I can shrink the bump? The bump is only a little itchy once in awhile.

I have been diagnosed with vitamin d (hydroxy-OH) Deficiency. So as prescribed by family doctor I took 6-8 doses of uprise-d3. But still I was facing problem of palms and feets burning. So I did 25-OH hydroxy test to check vitamin d level and I was diagnosed with Vitamin D toxicity this time. Currently I am facing problems such as frequent urination, throat dryness as well as pain in the hands every morning which lasts more than one hour.

I'm a 20 year old suffering from irregular menstruation and heavy weight gain (about 20kg) just in an years time. The scan showed enlarged ovaries right ovary 34x17mm left ovary 32x18mm. Morphology suggested PCOD as ovaries had cystic areas. Can anyone explain about enlarged ovaries? Will I be infertile? What else can I do as I'm already doing exercise and taking birth control pills.
