Flu

Intermittent fever for over a month, and I've been having abdominal pain for almost 3 weeks now. My dr said it could be an ulcer or ibs. I have yet to see a GI specialist. But I've been having chills along with this fever. I'm always tired and a little disoriented along with body pain everywhere!! I'm afraid I'm septic or something. Idk what to do. My anxiety is getting worse.

My dandruff/dry scalp does not go away irrespective of whatever shampoo I apply..I want to get rid of dandruff...

Lower abdominal pain across the front. Not pooping well. Tried milk of magnesia, Tums, Pepto-Bismol. No relief. Been going on since Wednesday. I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow. I am still able to eat and drink. Peeing just fine. I do not use drugs, I do not drink alcohol. However, I am a smoker.

What to do if Cholesterol level is high and Sugar level too, Should proper diet is enough or something else?
