My friend is suffering from fever , head ache and severe throat pain from past two days. Please suggest some good tablets for her

I’ve had a feeling in my throat for the past 2 days what feels like food is stuck there, I have tried everything from eating foods and drinking water and it constantly stays there, it also hurts when I swallow.

I’m a 16 year old girl, and about a month ago I found a lump on my chest while I was laying down. It really scared me at first but I just tried not to worry and just told myself it was probably just a pimple. But then I looked at it and saw it was the same color as my skin and it didn’t hurt like a pimple. It’s very hard, and it’s not visible just by looking at it. I thought it had gotten smaller, but I feel like it may have gotten a little bigger. What could this be?

My CBC's since 2014 show an elevated Mono %, from 10% to 12.7% most recently. However, all other numbers are in the acceptable ranges. Is this a cause for concern?

Intermittent fever for over a month, and I've been having abdominal pain for almost 3 weeks now. My dr said it could be an ulcer or ibs. I have yet to see a GI specialist. But I've been having chills along with this fever. I'm always tired and a little disoriented along with body pain everywhere!! I'm afraid I'm septic or something. Idk what to do. My anxiety is getting worse.
