Hello! I have been for 2 weeks, in situation as i am in dream, not in reality, this happened to me afeter i did yoga for 2 weeks. I have iron deficeincy so low. Please can you tell me , this situation is because iron or yoga or something else ? Thank you!

About 2 and a half weeks ago i got a piece of bread stuck in my throat and I was told by a doctor it scratched my throat and that’s why it still felt like it was there a few days later, but it would go away in a week. Its been over 2 weeks amd I still feel it

My mind doesn’t seem to function properly. i find it very hard to reason stuff i cant study because all the words doesn’t form any meanibg in my head it’s like there’s silence up there and my mind is just resting. also i’ve been feeling physically weak the last coule of days and tire, mild breathing problems, cold hands (i’m guessing anemia) but today is the first day i feel i cant think. help please?

I've had on and off fever for about a month. Gets to 100-102. Fever, chills, body aches, joint pain. No other symptoms. Goes away with ibuprophen
