My mind feels like it literally stopped

Asked for Female, 18 Years

My mind doesn’t seem to function properly. i find it very hard to reason stuff i cant study because all the words doesn’t form any meanibg in my head it’s like there’s silence up there and my mind is just resting. also i’ve been feeling physically weak the last coule of days and tire, mild breathing problems, cold hands (i’m guessing anemia) but today is the first day i feel i cant think. help please?
