The skin covering my blister peeled off and it hurts so badly I can’t sleep, what can I do

When I try to sleep my left nostril gets a little stuffy. I start to fall asleep and I stop breathing and have to stop myself from falling asleep. If not I get something of a night terror. This happened when I was little but it has been almost every day for the past two weeks causing me to stay up until 6. I don’t think it’s sleep apnea because I have always had roommates and no complaints about me waking up gasping for air. I also sleep with most of my weight on my chest and stomach.

Constant sneezing and running nose, my nose is usually itchy, eyes watery and headache at times. I was on Montelukast for a month and was using only Avamys nasal spray for some more months after i finished the Montelukast. I felt relieved and my sneezing was not as persistent. But i have finished the spray now and my sneezing is back. It is a year I have been battling with this ailment.

I can't been able to focus for at least 4 months now and its really putting me behind in school, I think it may be ADD but I don't know
