I have got vitamin test done and following is the result Vitamin D, 25 - Hydroxy 25-OH VITAMIN D (TOTAL) 11.7 ng/ml where range is 20 - 100. I am facing hairball and greying problem, brittle nails, some redness and itching on sides of both palms sometimes in a day I want to knw which vitamin D supplement is best Dvion pearl 60k or uprise DE?? Also which biotin supplement I should go for along with this.

My 15 month old daughter has a giant infection on her arm after getting shots on Monday. I took her back to the doctor and she got antibiotics, the doctor didnt give me much info. I'm curious if this is common or if it is because they messed up some how. Should I change doctors and get it looked at somewhere else ?

For almost 5 months I’ve been spotting moderately. The spotting hasn’t stopped at all ever since and it has an old blood smell but it’s not strong.
