I have been suffering from fever.
I was suffering from fever and body shivering since Friday. Now body shivering is not there after having Aceloflam(paracetamol-325mg), Minolast-lc, Azithromycin each 4 tablets. However, I am having little body temp(approx 100 degree celsius). Could you please suggest if I have to take any further paracetamol with higher dose?

Medicine induced Hyper acidity
Suffered from Severe Viral fever coupled with loose motion, since 4 days. Physican gave Oxipod CV, antibiotic with paracetamol. Now I am alright.. But facing hyper acidity I. e pain in stomach.. It is really torturing...I did not have a history.
Whether the medicine is reason for it?
If yes, why is the remedy..
