Flu

I have acidity at sleep time in night. Like my food not digest or food stuck. My stomach become tight. In morning same feeling. My current medicine prothiaden50mg 2b.d, freego powder at bed time. I have done endoscopy and ultrasound no ulcer seen and whole body blood test like thyroid,iron,CBC,lipid,iron etc. But l have silent gas without no sound and smell paas after taken Prothiaden. I have taken two times empty stomach gas medicine only 50% relief by pan it two times. Only pantoprazole work but only 50%. In pantorazole I have taken pan it,pan l and pan d.  No rabeprazple,omeprazole work like rabron d, rabsec d, onez d,. Should I take one pantocid  40mg one doze at bed time after meal and other one empty stomach in morning. I have also taken pan it one doze at bed time in night and other one in emty stomach morning but 50% relief in motion

There is pain in right arm it may be muscle or bone pain for last 1 month. Which type of Doctor we should consult in Kalyan. Can you recommend some one

Hi , My blood reports says TSH of 4.510, so I consulted Endocrinologist ,he asked me to wait for 2 months as after repeating the test it will be decided if medication needed or not, so till the Tym I want to bring it to a normal level..please suggest things I should do.

Mainly joint pain in the body Nd some fever with irritation and weakness and cold also occurring.hunger is also reduced.

I am planning to take multivitamin tablets daily as I feel I am not able to get it in my regular daily diet. Wanted to know will there be any side effects by this consumption and I have a history of high BP where I do not take any tablets for that but try to have food rich in potassium and do exercise daily in gym workouts.
