Chest pain on alternate sides,while climbing stairs or deep breathing, light-headed. I am also awaiting my periods.

I felt pain And bleed also... I immediately washed hands with savlon. Got tetanus injection as well. Please suggest some good vaccination for rabies and is there Any chance to get any other type of infection?? Please suggest.
