Gas at middle night arround 2 am and in morning and constipation. Gastrologist says belhet disease.I have done endoscopy its negative. Doctor says belhet disease. And refer to skin specialist but skin specialist only give cetrizine 5mg two times after meal and rantac 150 mg two times empty stomach. But I relief 50% aciloc(ranitidine) 300mg at bed time after mealwith freego powder and 40% % in morning empty stomach pantocid 40mg. Should I take aciloc 300 mg again in morning. Or cetrizine at night . is ranitidine is also a allergy tablet
