My symptoms are fatigue, back pain, burning urine,and mildly feverish.. so I did a haemogram and urine routine, everything is normal except MCH which is 263 , and normal range is 27-32. Please advise

Sometimes i feel very strange feeling in my legs hands muscles sometimes in my shoulders too. I cant describe this feeling.
