I have had symptoms of carpal tunnel in recent weeks. It was originally on my left arm and hand but I believe I have experienced it on my right hand as well. My symptoms were not very bad recently and I had started to notice less symptoms without any treatments, besides sleeping with arm casts on both arms. I went bowling 2 days ago and I used my right hand to play, now I feel pain in my wrist, particularly where the veins are, when I perform specific actions with my right hand. It is not a constant pain I feel without action, it is only felt when I do something such as laying my hand down flat and applying pressure, I feel a pain in my wrist. I also just noticed that when I apply pressure on my right forearm with my left hand finger, it hurts the most. This pain did in fact start the day after I bowled. So I just want some reassurance it is not my carpal tunnel worsening, and maybe some options on what I should do to heal this. (Whether or not it is carpal tunnel)

My DENGUE FEVER ANTIGEN, NS1, EIA, SERUM (ELISA) report is positive with 10.08 index. Also LFT Test shows SGOT-64, SGPT-99, GGTP-82. The platelet count is 303000. The tests were conducted on third day of fever. Also I am getting regular fever upto 103-104 degrees which reduces on taking paracetamol. Kindly advise me on my health condition. I have attached my LFT and CBC reports for reference.

I have an allergy to dust and pollution and because of it i fall sick very often especially when there is a change in weather. I get cold, frequent sneezing, difficulty in breathing. I consulted a doctor and he prescribed Montelucast tablet. It is quite good and effective but i want to know if my disease can be cured permanently because i can't be taking a drug on regular basis. I am also taking R-6 drops.
