Suffering with severe neck pain which effected the right shoulder also. Tried volini and pain killer but still more..

Lately i am feeling headache on the right side, also some kind of heaviness over my right eyebrows.. When i clicked my selfie, i saw that my right cheek is visible swollen and my right eye is smaller than my left eye.. I am most of the times dizzy. It becomes sometime a struggle to understand what i am reading, also sometimes the vision is blurry. I also have TMJ and salivary stones and have anxiety. For the above symptoms, what specialist i need to visit and are the symptoms related to my pre existing health issues?

One bat got entered in my room, people made it to fly outside . But I have doubt if some how it remained inside , I slept in the same room. I also doesn't have any mark of bite. I got vaccination in September 2016 , 5 injection rabipur and one booster in December 2017. Does my immunisation will be still working or reimmunisation needed. I am scared and confused , what to do? I also worry of side effects if I take more rabipur injections. Please suggest.

As per doctor suggested for fever throat infection given ibugesic plus fever reduced in 4 hours after that again fever came what to do now. Is that ok to give any other paracetamol or not please suggest
