I am female and i have groin pain on both sides from yesterday today the pain is accompanied with vomiting sensation. What could this be due to ?

Lower abdominal pain and cramp persistent from last evening. Burning sensation at time of urinate. UTI history is there. Very difficult to stand and sit. Can't lie down straight.
