How to cure body weakness medicine
I am a 35 year old lady, in a corporate job. I have recently become a mother of a 4 month old baby. I have a lot of body weakness since then and get tired too fast. What is the medicine for this weakness? What should be taken and in what dosage?

To cure the deficiency we need to know what is deficit. Since you have delivered just now , its likely to be iron deficiency if it was caesarian and calcium deficiency as you are feeding as well. During lactation anyway the demads of body increases. Please take multivitamins and calcium. This would resolve the issue. If it still persists please get certain tests like CBC, SERUM CALCIUM, VIT D AND VIT B12
