Is it possible that alcohol stays forever in the system if one have drunk once in a life Long time ago(approx. 1 year). If not then, how much time does it take to get out of the body if woman has drunk 2 tin of beer before 6 month?

Hi, I am a 28 year female and married. My period was due on 24/25th this month but it's been delayed. I have a regular cycle and usually my cycle doesn't skip any month. This month however, I wanted to prepone my cycle a couple of days due to which I consumed primolut N tablet (dosage of 2 per day) for 3 days i.e. on 12,13,14th of this month and waited for 5 days for my period to start but that didn't happen. Wanted to know if primolut n has any side effects? And is there any chance of the period getting delayed or not happening at all due to consumption of this tablet. Please suggest. I want to know what should I be doing next.

I always got neck from time to time. But from past 3 months i have left side chest pain. Is it related to ortho or not. Because all cardiac evaluation is normal.
