Period pain doctor say that it is natutal it is common but why few girl does not suffer from pain in their period first and why some girl suffer from lots of pain in period first day

I am taking Rivotril 0.5 mg. My sleep is getting better. Can I stop it any time, or should I reduce the dosage? For how long?

It is adviced that we should take nilavembu for pig flu and other flu.. but for 1.7 year old baby... Is there any syrup or vaccine available for such flu as a substitute for nilavembu kasayam... I had one pre exposure anti rabies(3 dose) 7 months ago and two dose anti rabies booster o month ago. Today local stray cat scratched but no bleeding me on hand. Not a wild one nor a pet but stays in house. Do I need another dose or the two boosters and three pre exposure will do.
