An abdominal lump in my lower right side, the lump doesn't go inside when pushed, it's the size of a marble. The above skin has gone reddish and the centre bluish. Been two days. No other symptoms and is otherwise harmless. Causes mild pain and discomfort when touched

Hi, I have Gilbert's syndrome. However in another instance a doc advised me to take a multivitamin tab called Complete TD to meet my nutiritional need as I am quite lean & thin. Can I take this Complete TD tab . Will it have any side effects because of Gilbert's ?? Please suggest. Thanks in advance :)
