Dr actually I had bitten by home dog after the bite I had taken four doses of injection with in a month again I had bitten do I need to take more doses

I Contracted Cold last saturday. Then on sunday had a sore throat. On monday woke up with very mild fever and bodyache then took crocin max in afternoon and at night. The problem persisted on tuesday then took crocin max at night. On wed & thurs the fever went off but cold & cough persisted. On friday evening the mild fever again came back with bodyache. Please tell the reasons behind these symptoms and suggest appropriate medication. Thanks
