Hi, for the past few months, due to stress in job and over thinking about future to try for better opportunities, I am facing anxiety, disturbed sleep, mild headache & blured vision sometimes.. Visited doctor today and he advised to use 1. Trika 0.5 mg tablet for 5 days 2. Glutanase tablets for 15 days. Also checked BP, it's 140/80. So he also advised to reduce salt intake Amma increase physical activity. Can you please suggest if it is fine to take the above prescription as advised..

I had sore throat some days ago and I went to doctor (ent), he told it is acute tonsillitis and referred me antibiotics and 'trypsin bromelin and rutoside', I didn't got relief so I again went to another (ent) he told it is acute pharyngitis and changed my antibiotics and increased the dose to 625 mg. Even after that I did not got relief, I was completely fatigued and lacked appetite with a feeling of chill and fever every time. Then I went to Medicine doctor , he did some blood test (CBC, Thyroid, Hameoglobin typing)and throat culture test , everything came normal, he told me to gargle with Betadine... even after that I didn't got relief and day by day becoming more fatigued and chill like fever . ..it's been like 1 month now, again yesterday I went to an ENT , she told it's nothing just my state of mind and anxiety and depression along with acid reflux , so she prescribed me some anti-gas capsule. I am worried , does anxiety cause these symptoms??

Will i more prone to suffer from disease because my blood group is o-. Body weight 65 to 67 and height 5.5feet and age 24 years
