I had fever 02 days back and my doctor prescribed me antibiotic and paracetamol on the first day of fever and ordered me to get a CBC test done 3 days after consumption of medicines. He stated that it to be a viral infection but even then he prescribed me antibiotics. Now the question arises that if after consuming antibiotic for 03 days I go for a CBC test, will bacterial infection be detected? As TLC might be in normal range now, after 03 day consumption on antibiotics or is my doctor advicing me the correct approach towards the test . Because what I know is that CBC is ordered before prescribing antibiotics but my doctor prescribed me antibiotics first and then said to get a CBC done after 03 days. What if the CBC now comes normal ? Will he able to form a correct diagnosis ?

I feel some burning sensation in my left hand from shoulder to my wrist .what is it?? Is it because of the heat ? I am currently suffering from indigestion vomiting and a loose motion .

Dear Doctor, I am 41 years old man. I am obese 107 kg. I have Asthma urticaria GERD problems. I am suffering from GERD for the past 7 months. I am taking different PPI medicine and prokinetic medicine. Gastroenterologist has done Endoscopy in January 19 report is fine. For the past 2 months I had mouth ulcer throat burning sensation pain, shortness of breath, unable to speak continuously due to breathlessness, at times dry cough. Now I have throat burning sensation and pain. I have slight dry cough and shortness of breath. Is there any medicine for this? Is there any need to repeat endoscopy? Could it be Esophagtis? Am I having Cancer of the Esophagus? I am scared. Please advise.

Is erythritol safe to use? Which is better erythritol or stevia? Can any diabetic/ prediabetic patient consume these two (within limits) ?

Gas is formed, and while passing gas there is a burning sensation felt. The motions are also not regular. Apart from this I have much dandruff with Hairfall. In April I have met a general physician he prescribed esofine LS by which gas was completely stopped but it again has started after 3 months. Please tell me what's the problem.

The patient has a history of diabetes. Over the last 4 days the patient is unable to eat well and having severe diarrhea and loose motions. Even liquid intake is getting refluxed out. This has led to low sugar levels on one occasionand yesterday the consulting doctor has stopped the sugar medicine. As per the attached blood test report, the patient has high levels of haemoglobin and PCV. Pls advise what could be the root cause and at what point hospitalization should be considered.
