I want to know how many time should i check my BP at home if i use Automatic Messure Machine and how to count it figure. How many time check it in one day please guide me.

Measure BP when you are at rest..
Position: supine, seated, standing.
In seated position, the subject's arm should be flexed andThe flexed elbow should be at the level of the heart.
If the subject is anxious, wait a few minutes before taking the pressure
