Hello Dr., Male/35 I have gained 50kgs of weight in last 8 years. Now I am 135kgs. I am 6 feet 3 inch tall. I previously worked on ship. I have tried various diets but failed I used to go to gym but now discontinued I have desk job I have severe snoring problem. Previously I have taken ayurvedic medicines for erectile disfun for a month ... which dr had informed me it will result in little weight gain I feel tired always. I feel tired after getting up in morning. BP is 130/85 Sugar 100 Kindly advise Thanks and regards

I got a low grade fever of 99.5-99.6 last month on 18th of April for which I tried self medication of Ibugesic Plus and Augmentin for 3 days. After it didn't work I took a Practo consultation and the doctor prescribed Flexon, Cepodem, Lecope, and Neurobion. I was feeling well within a day. Now exactly after a month I again have the same thing. I have low grade fever of 99.1-99.4 and nothing else. When I rest it goes away without medication, when I am starting my daily activities it's coming back. I still took a felexon today when it increased to 99.5. And the only discomfort I feel even when I don't have a temperature is my hands and ears feel warm. What could be the reason? I am taking supplements and eating well but still falling sick. Is it weakened immunity?

I have swollen lymph nodes more than 3 years in posterior cervical and submandibular region... now recently in supra clavicular area... all are bilateral ... FNAC reactive, smear shows mild anemia, CXR - BVM... for the past 3 days I'm feeling shortness in breath while lying in bed... While standing or doing any work am feeling quiet normal ... But while lying in bed im not feeling normal breathing... But I sleep well ... Is that BVM in CXR cause this problem ???

I am a homemaker aged 47. I had Liver Panel test and the results were high. (I am attaching the report). I am only taking medicine for Thyroid, Thyrox 25mg. The reports show normal for thyroid. I have increased Lipid panel, but I don't take medicines for that. Can you please tell the possible reasons for high Liver panel?

Dear Doctor I am facing this problem from last month. A mole sized occurred at my anus area. It is paining too much after having stool. Still after 4-5 hours of passing motion. Please help and suggest medicine. Regards
