Weight gain
Hello Dr., Male/35 I have gained 50kgs of weight in last 8 years. Now I am 135kgs. I am 6 feet 3 inch tall. I previously worked on ship. I have tried various diets but failed I used to go to gym but now discontinued I have desk job I have severe snoring problem. Previously I have taken ayurvedic medicines for erectile disfun for a month ... which dr had informed me it will result in little weight gain I feel tired always. I feel tired after getting up in morning. BP is 130/85 Sugar 100 Kindly advise Thanks and regards

I would rather suggest you to take proper Consultation with an experienced Dietician and with that start Gym ( do the minimum in the beginning ) and gradually increase the workouts. Also know that snoring is commonly seen in Obese people and for that better visit a Respiratory Physician. I need some more information about the Medical History that which medicine you were taking for ED . So can chat and Consult
