My hand 5 finger and around that some thing differently behaving now a days it's like a shock for hand. My 1st finger is shaking like heart

I'm just 21 years old , I have dull chest pain in left side around 3(three) months, I have done all the test like ECG , Chest X-ray (PA view), thiroied test , complete blood test (two time I tested),MTB Sputum Test ,  Serology test, all reports are normal. But still I have dull pain. My doctor said that  it's a muscular pain. Specially When I stiff my left hand that time I feel the pain. Iam underweight my weight is about only 32 if I drink any protien powder I will gain weight of not I won't gain weight day by day my weight is decreasing I have heridatory issue to underweight after getting marriage is there any problem for me and my fingers and leg fingers are very small and I can't wear ring too if I wear means it collapse how to overcome this I don't know I need to gain weight but my body won't able to gain the necessary weight it's too hard for me feeling depressed for not gaining weight iam losing everything pls give me necessary food chart and tell me how to gain weight in home and naturally I need to gain weight if I drink milk with honey means it becomes constipation if I drink Horlicks also I feel the same and I can't eat too much I feel constipation how to overcome this problem I too don't know I don't have interest in anything pls suggest me diet plan

Sir I suffer depression and anxiety last 4 month I take tofisopam 50 mg as guided by psychiatrist in online to take14 days but I take only 7 days after that I feel not cured also side-effects occurs so I stop this I want cured this but not any medication by any natural ayurvedic treatment or any where side-effects not occurs. Hi I was having dry cough a month back. From past 10 days I am experiencing throat pain/burning sensation. I visited physician and was prescribed antibiotics (Azithromycin took for 3 days and Augmentin 625 taken for 3 days) but still my throat issue hasn't been resolved. I still have throat pain/burning sensation. I had feverish feeling (but temp not more than 98) and body pains for few days. Right now I don't have any fever, body pains, cough, cold etc. Only issue is throat. Physician had advised few blood tests which are as below. 1. CBC - Only WBC was abnormal with 12000 2. CRP - 11.5 3. ESR - 40 Please help on my throat issue which is not seeming to get right only

I have hypothyroidism m taking taking any medicine since last year june.. since last year there are so many problems.. Right side face arm leg swelling.. right side body pain, right side leg numbness face arm numbness.. urinary incontinence also. Right side headache dizziness heaviness..
