Both sides of nose blocked in the evening, tried steam, but found no relief Suggest rapid effective medicine

I got my BP checked after a walk and it came out to be 160 by 90. Since my parents are having BP I keep getting it checked. I read somewhere that we need to monitor bp daily and check if high BP continues. Bcoz of corona fear I don't want to go to the clinic everyday to get it monitored. Pls advise.

Hi dear Doctor's may god bless u plz plz clear my doubt all the above mentioned tests are normal by God's grace i just wanted to know should i have to go for further tests like angiogram or no need.. I get minor discomfort like dull pain in chest & sometimes in shoulder so went for all these tests.. cardiologist said all reports are normal no need to worry but if you want you can go for angiogram too I'm worried, then he said consult with orthopaedic i consulted orthopaedic too completed the course but the problem still persist.. Plz reply

Hello, i have fever for last 4 days it increases at around 12 noon and gradually decreases and then rise around 7 pm or 8 pm . It remain 98.9 till 99.2 .. Weekness Headache (may be beacuse i have started working from home and can't move from 10.30 to 7pm.. Constantly i have to look into the screen for the whole day  ) Please tell what is wrong. I eat less and drink water less not that 8 liters.

So my doctor give advice to me take pre probiotic capsule for stomach ulcers after taking pre probiotic capsule, now I am little well. I request you please can you suggest me any other medicine with pre probiotic capsule.
