Facing cough and cold issue, cough is without mucus and felt like mucus dropping in the throat slowly. No sneezing yet. No fever.

Dear Sir/Madam, Since yesterday i am suffering with fever 101+ and cold... Then i have started taking dolo 650 thrice a day and azithromycin 1 tablet per day in night and levocetrizine 1tablet  in night... Today i got relief from cold but fever is not getting reduced when i am taking dolo 650 it is coming to 99.1 once after 5 hours again i am getting 101+... i don't understand what further step need to be taken. Hence kindly provide your valuable suggestions

Having problem of gastritis burping, left abdominal pain moves to heaviness in middle of chest, swelling inside right nostril, when take deep breath ear get closed, while sleep after sometimes heart beat fasten, feel shortness of breath, little cough, unable to sleep at night, motion problem 2-3 times. Suffering from it 10-15 days. No problem of weight loss, loss of appetite, & fever.

I am taking Nexpro RD 80 capsule - morning without food & Felix - S - 5 after dinner. So my question is can take Liv52 syrep with above medicine ?

Hi doctor...my son s complaining of headache for d past 3 days... particularly wen he bends down or shake his head heavily...wen I give meftalp syrup after sometime he gets normal...pls do suggest does he need to go for a eye doctor or to ve a consultation with general physician...

My mother is having high BP and she is on medication for many times. Doctor has advised me for Tab Telma CT once in day time.She is taking this medicine regularly but for last 2 days this medicine is not available in chemist shop .It will take atleast 5-6 days for availability. (1) Can I use tab  Telvas 3d in place of Telma CT? If yes, then when I have to take this  medicine in morning or at night? (2) If my mother is taking her BP medicine regularly then why BP doesn't remain normal,why this keeps on fructuating? (3) At the age of 58 (female) what is ideal BP range that can be considered as normal BP? Pls help.
