I got a full body check up done and TSH came out to be 9.2 for the first time. I left using my multivitamin and got tested again after 4 days and it came out to be 4.1. The lab said that use of biotin may affect the result. is it because of multivitamin i was having?

Dear doctors.. I was normal before lockdown. After lockdown I started with unexpected anxiety due to covid19 fear. I got some indigestion issue like one time soft stools in morning and some acidity related problems due to poor diet. Recently feeling some tingling sensation in between my chest then while thinking that I develop with heart palpitations. That is totally weird and new. I don't have any health issue before lockdown and all my oxygen rate and bp looks normal. But pulse rate feels high sometimes. Please let me know what is the problem I'm facing. I think it should not be serious issue.

Hi, From past few days fever is coming to my mother in law. But there are no other symptoms. Only fever is coming. No throat problem, no apetite problem, no dry cough no other symptoms, no smell problem. Attaching all reports. Pl suggest is it viral or anything else.
