I have a pain in my lower back... So I can't sleep properly. it's make me change my sleeping positions always.. what should I do to get out of this pain...

My father is of 58 ( running )age  . He just finished his 5 days medications given by our family doctor i.e ( Azithromycin + montecope + vit C tablets ) and Grilinctus cough syrup . In the morning his body temperature was 99.6F and after taking crocin ( paracetamol 500) tablet  after 3 hours I taken his body temperature again and found its 98.4 F , is it a normal body temperature and do we need to worry ? Rest he is not having any other symptoms like cough,cold,runny nose, joint pain or else He just feels little body warm and no major weakness in him too . Also he dont feel salt in food rest can recognise spicy test and can recognise the smell to .

9 days ago i have throat irritation and then next day throat irration relieve but mucus of green or yellowish color came out from nose and throat but after that i only have some amount of mucus no fever no cough but chest congestion and heaviness in chest so i consuld a doctor he suggest me to take azithral 500 asthakind ld syrup and zincovit i took asthakind ls and zincovit but not azithral two days back i take azithral regularly (today is third day of taking azithral) and i see that lot of mucus came with my stool. I dont have any history or asthama or any lung desease.today i have loosemotions not watery but loose.kindly suggest me

I have this pea size knot behind the neck beneath the skin...it can be felt through finger as it is painless. My complete blood count is normal. I was on antibiotic for 2 weeks as I had face full of acne .
